Australia visa requirements for Togoleses

Togolese visiting Australia for the purpose of sightseeing, recreation, and relaxation are the eligible applicants of the tourist visa.

Applicants visiting friends and family are to submit a letter of invitation from their host. 

The letter should contain the full contact details of the host and should also specify the purpose and duration of the visit.

Applicants are to submit their passport that has a minimum validity of 6 months from the proposed date of travel.

The Australia tourist visa can be issued as a single or multiple entry visa.

The visitor's visa cannot be extended. Other types of visas can, however, be extended.

Applicants are to show proof of medical fitness should be submitted.

The proof should also show that the applicant is free from tuberculosis and has been vaccinated against yellow fever

Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation that covers the applicant's duration of stay should also be provided. Proof that your visa application fee has been paid in full is also required.

The applicant should also submit medical insurance that covers the duration of stay or its equivalent of 30,000 euros.

Tourists in Australia are not permitted to either work or seek public funds.

The Australian business visa is issued to Togolese visiting Australia for business purposes.

Bearers of this visa can negotiate and sign business contracts with their partners.

Business travellers may attend conferences, trade fairs, and business summits while they are in the country.

The business owner visa subclass 890 allows its holders to live in Australia indefinitely.

The subclass 890 also allows its holders to sponsor eligible relatives for permanent residency.

Applicants of the subclass 890 should have owned and operated a business in Australia for at least 2 years immediately before the application is made.

The business innovation stream subclass 188 allows its holder to operate a new or existing business company.

The subclass 188 allows its holder to stay up to 3-4 years in Australia.

Employed applicants are to submit a letter from their employer stating the awareness, purpose, and duration of their visit.

A letter of invitation from the host company in Australia should be sent to the embassy. The letter should have the company’s address, the purpose, and the duration of your visit.

If the financial responsibilities of the applicant would be handled by the host company it should be clearly stated.

Proof of previous business dealings should be submitted.

The certificate of business registration of the company you are meeting is required.

Applicants who are private business owners are to submit a copy of their certificate of business registration and last tax return.

Holders of the business visa are not allowed to be paid for the services they render in the country.

Applicants are to provide proof of accommodation or hotel reservations for their stay in Australia.

Applicants are advised not to make non-refundable payment pending the approval of their application.

Applicants are to provide proof of the incentive of returning to home country once the visa expires.
