Mexico visa requirements for Togoleses

The Mexican tourist visa is issued to Togolese travelling with the intention of visiting Mexico for sightseeing, vacation, leisure.

Applicant a passport with a minimum validity of 3 months from the proposed date of travel.

Applicants visiting Family and friends are to submit a letter of invitation from their host. The letter should contain the contact and home address of the host.

While on a tourist visa, you may attend Mexican festivals and events. 

Applicants who are employed are required to present a letter from their employer stating their awareness of your leave and duration. This letter also serves as a confirmation that the applicant has the intention of returning to his home country.

The letter should also state the terms of your employment and position held in the company.

Applicants are to fill a Forma Migratoria Multiple (FMM) card at the port of entry.

Applicants are to provide proof of financial sufficiency that covers their duration of stay.

You expected to have a minimum of 50 dollars per day in Mexico.

Proof of incentive of returning to Togo at the expiration of your visa is Mandatory.

Proof of payment of visa application fee should be submitted.

Applicants under age 18 are to submit their original birth certificate alongside a consent letter from one or both parents.

Proof of medical fitness and yellow fever vaccination should be submitted.

The Mexican business visa is issued to Togolese travelling to Mexico with the intention of carrying out business activities and transactions.

Togolese on this visa can attend business meetings and conferences, sign and negotiate business contracts with partner companies while in the country.

Applicants are to submit their passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the proposed date of travel.

Applicants passport-sized photograph of 2x2 inches, taken in colour and against a white background should be submitted.

Applicants are to submit the completed and signed visa application form.

Proof of business registration should be submitted by the applicant.

If the applicant is employed, a letter from their employer stating the awareness, purpose and duration of your leave should be clearly stated.

A letter of invitation from the host company in Mexico stating the awareness, purpose and duration of the applicant's visit should be sent to the embassy.

The letter should be written in the company’s letterhead and should clearly bear the full contact address of the company.

If the travel expenses of the applicant will not be covered by the company, this should be expressly stated in the letter.

The certificate of business registration of the inviting company in Mexico is required.

Applicants who are private business owners are to provide a copy of their Income Tax Return for the last six months.

Proof of financial sufficiency that covers the applicant's duration of stay should be submitted

Proof of hotel reservation or accommodation should be submitted.

Applicants travel itinerary should be submitted.

Minors should ensure the original copy of their birth certificate is submitted with the other required documents. A letter of consent signed by both their parents is also required.

You are required to leave Mexico at the expiration of your visa.

The Students visa is issued Togolese travelling to Mexico with the intention of studying in any of the academical institutions in Mexico.

Applicants are to provide their passport with the same name on their admission letter 

One passport-sized photograph with a white background is required.

Applicants are to submit their letter of admission written on the institution letterhead as a proof of admission.

Applicants who have been given scholarship are to present the scholarship letter from the institution, mentioning the exact amount of the scholarship.

Certificates and transcripts from previously attended schools should be submitted during the visa application process.

Proof of part or full payment of tuition fee should be provided.

Applicants are to provide proof of financial sufficiency that covers their duration of stay.

Togolese on this visa are allowed to work for 20 hours when school is in section and full time during their holiday.

Transcripts and certificate from the previously attended institution that qualifies the applicant for the course of study should be presented.

Applicants who are less than 18 years are to submit a copy of their original birth certificate with a letter of consent from one or both parents.

The Mexico student visa can be extended to cover the duration of your study program in the country.

You are allowed to obtain a temporary resident card once you get into the country.

It is mandatory for travellers to be vaccinated against yellow fever before travelling to Mexico.
