Basic Travel Requirements for Emiratis visiting Cameroon

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Cameroonian Visa.


  • The applicant's passport's expiration date must be greater than six months from the date of the plan to depart Cameroon.
  • The Passport must contain sufficient blank visa pages where the visas stamps will be affixed.
  • Amendment pages in the back of your passport are not acceptable for visa issuance.
  • The Cameroon visa application form must be correctly filled out and signed.
  • Current immunization records, including evidence of yellow fever vaccination, are required for entry into Cameroon.
  • World Health Organization (WHO) card with yellow fever vaccination.
  • Proof of polio vaccination for visits longer than four weeks.
  • Applicants must provide a copy of their roundtrip airline confirmation indicating the dates of entry and exit from the country they intend to visit. 
  • The applicant's name must be on the ticket.
  • Applicants must provide a clear, legible copy of the most recent bank statement of $200 per day or a letter from the applicant’s bank verifying you have sufficient funds for the duration of stay.
  • Applicant under 18 years must submit a signed letter of consent signed by both parents and a  notarized copy of the minor's birth certificate.
  • A copy of the passports or photo IDs of both parents is also required.
