Basic Travel Requirements for Vietnameses visiting Poland

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.


  • A fully completed and signed visa application form.
  • Original passport valid for at least 3 months after the intended exit from Poland or any other Schengen country.
  • The passport must have 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
  • Non-citizens are to provide a residence permit valid for the intended departure date.
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs of 3.5x4.5cm dimensions taken on a white background. 
  •  The application form and consent letter of minors must be signed by their parents/legal guardians.  
  • Travel insurance that covers all sorts of medical emergencies up to a minimum of €30,000 is important.
  • You will need to provide a travel itinerary showing entry and exit dates from the country. This is to show you have intentions of leaving Poland at the expiry of your visa.
  • A proof of financial capability in the country.
  • A letter of no objection from the appropriate authority in Vietnam either from your employer if employed or from your school if you're a student.
  • A proof of accommodation whether at a hotel or with a host. 
  • A valid means of identification of your host and a letter of invitation detailing the purpose, duration and any other necessary information about the trip is needed.
  • All original documents are to be accompanied by notarized copies.
