Basic Travel Requirements for Vietnameses visiting Poland
Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.
- A fully completed and signed visa application form.
- Original passport valid for at least 3 months after the intended exit from Poland or any other Schengen country.
- The passport must have 2 blank pages for visa stamps.
- Non-citizens are to provide a residence permit valid for the intended departure date.
- Two recent passport-sized photographs of 3.5x4.5cm dimensions taken on a white background.
- The application form and consent letter of minors must be signed by their parents/legal guardians.
- Travel insurance that covers all sorts of medical emergencies up to a minimum of €30,000 is important.
- You will need to provide a travel itinerary showing entry and exit dates from the country. This is to show you have intentions of leaving Poland at the expiry of your visa.
- A proof of financial capability in the country.
- A letter of no objection from the appropriate authority in Vietnam either from your employer if employed or from your school if you're a student.
- A proof of accommodation whether at a hotel or with a host.
- A valid means of identification of your host and a letter of invitation detailing the purpose, duration and any other necessary information about the trip is needed.
- All original documents are to be accompanied by notarized copies.

Poland Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Travellers who want to tour Poland would need to apply for a Poland tourist visa.
- With a Poland visa, you can also visit friends and relatives in Poland.
- Holders of a tourist visa are not permitted to seek employment in Poland.
- Holders of this visa type are not allowed to study in a Polish institution of learning.
- If you are visiting a friend or relative in Poland, a valid ID of the host and an invitation letter is required. This letter should contain your host's home address, the purpose, and the duration of the trip.
- A proof of your family ties in Vietnam as a means of showing strong intention for returning home after your visa expires is to presented.
- A full round trip reservation that corresponds with your entry and the exit date is required to avoid overstaying in Poland.
- You are required to prove that you can spend PLN300 for stays not exceeding 3 days, PLN100 daily for stays exceeding 3 days and PLN20 per day if the cost of your stay is taken care of by a sponsor.
- If your host is taking care of your expenses in Poland, there must be proof of guarantee coupled with bank statements.
- Otherwise, you will have to present your own bank statement as proof.
- Applicants are to provide a hotel reservation or proof to show you will be staying with a host in Poland.

Poland Student Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Citizens of Vietnam who intend to study in any Polish institution of learning are eligible for this type of visa.
- With the student visa, applicants are allowed to apply for a visa on multiple entry basis.
- You must have been admitted to study in a learning institution in Poland before you can apply for this visa.
- A letter of admission from the institution which confirms enrollment and awareness of your trip is to be presented.
- Students are to obtain a resident permit that spans throughout the duration of their study in Poland.
- Applicants of this visa must have enough money to cater for their expenses during their study in Poland.
- If you have received any scholarship from a valid organization, relevant documents affirming the scholarship offer should be presented when applying.
- A proof of accommodation for the duration of your study in Poland which could be a hostel reservation or with host.
- Students can work part-time as long as it does not affect your studies.
- A receipt of tuition fee payment is required.
- Minors are required to provide a letter of consent signed by both parents as well as your birth certificate is required.
- You will need to provide evidence that you will return to Guinea Bissau at the end of your study. This evidence could be documents showing family ties, businesses or properties in Mali.
- The student visa costs €180.
Poland Work Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- Foreigners who intend to work in Poland have to apply for a work visa.
- Polish work visa applicants are eligible on this basis;
- Carries out work in the Republic of Poland under the agreement with the entity whose seat office or residence or branch or plant or other form of business activity is within the territory of the Republic of Poland;
- due to performing a function in boards of legal persons carrying out economic activity entered to the Entrepreneur Register or being a joint-venture company in organization and he/she is in the Republic of Poland for the period in total exceeding 6 months within 12 months period;
- performs work at the foreign employer and he/she is delegated to the territory of the Republic of Poland for the period exceeding 30 days in the calendar year to the branch or plant of the foreign entity, its subsidiary or affiliates connected with the long-term cooperation agreement with the foreign employer;
- performs work at the foreign employer, which does not have branch, plant or other organized form of business activity in the Republic of Poland and he/she is delegated to the Republic of Poland in order to perform a temporary and occasionally service (export service).;
- performs work at the foreign employer and he/she is delegated to the Republic of Poland for the period not exceeding 3 months within 6 months period.
- A copy of your business license is required.
- A visa application form duly completed.
- A proof of travel insurance or international medical insurance.
- Payment proof of visa fee is required.
- Documents to show your financial sufficiency.
- Holders of a Polish work visa will need to apply for a work permit.
- The employing company needs to provide a declaration needed to prove his/her employment status.
Poland Business Visa Eligibility & Requirements
- The polish business visa is meant for business travellers who intend to do business in Poland.
- Self-employed candidates are to provide a copy of their business license.
- Bank statement valid for at least six months.
- Applicants are to provide their income tax statements .
- An invitation letter from the Polish company you will be visiting with appropriate details is required.
- A certificate from your employer which proves they allowed your business leave.
- Memorandum and Article of Association in original certified copy (registered with joint stock companies) Trade License (first issued and present renewal), Proprietorship/Partnership documents is required.
- The employer of partner company must state coverage of the applicant's expenses.
