How much luggage can I take with me
Customers can travel with a substantial amount of luggage, as an additional charge will be maybe levied on extra luggage. Extracity is not responsible whatsoever for loss or damage to passengers’ hand luggage or personal effects, property or luggage.
Can I cancel my booking and get a refund on my ticket
Tickets that are cancelled shall be refunded, but provided that the cancellation is done at least 1 hour before departure. Tickets that are cancelled and need to be refunded are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
When is it best to get to the terminal when travelling
Passengers are required to be at the departure points 30 minutes before the departure time shown on the ticket. Any reserved seat not filled/confirmed within 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, will be offered for sale to standby passengers on a first come first served basis.
