Yes, you are allowed one free date change. Subsequent changes will attract a change fee of 2,000 which must be paid before changes can be effected.
Can I book and travel on the same date?
You are not allowed to book and travel on the same day. If you must travel on the same day, it will attract a charge fee of 1,000.
When am I eligible for a free trip?
You are eligible for a free trip after you have travelled 10 round trips (to and fro ) with GUO Transport.
