Where do I start?
The staff…dealing with me late at night after a long flight and in my most intolerant mood for which I publicly apologise, they were so kind, so caring and extremely efficient and professional.
I was spoiled by everyone in ways i will not mention (but thank you management)…and I do mean everyone housekeeping, reception, security, management, transport.
I want to put on record my thanks.
