France Tourist Visa Eligibility & Requirements

  • If you wish to visit France with the purpose of tourism for a period shorter than 90 days, you will need a France tourist visa.
  • Holders of this visa can visit friends and family while in the country.
  • The French Tourist visa permits you to stay in France for 90 days at most per a period of 180 days.
  • Copies of the older visas of other countries should be submitted, if applicable.
  • Applicants are to provide travel medical insurance with a minimum of euro 30,000 for your entire stay in France and the Schengen area. 
  • Certificate of the criminal record of the home country showing that the candidate has no open crime case involvement is required.
  • Proof of paid visa fee is compulsory during the visa application.
  • Travel Itinerary showing what you will be doing in France, when you will arrive and when you will leave, and includes proof of arranged transportation should be provided.

  • The cover letter should clearly state who will be financially responsible for the applicant during the stay in France and must be signed by a senior employee in the company in Senegal.
  • The invitation letter must be approved by the chamber of commerce in France.
  • Proof of business dealings by both companies should be provided.
  • Income tax for the last three months must be provided.
  • Proof of civil ties to your home country is required, this is to show that the applicant has the intention of returning back to Swaziland.
