Basic Travel Requirements for Swazis visiting Poland

Travelers are required to fulfill the following requirements in order to apply for a Polish Visa.


  • Completely filled visa application form.
  • Your Swaziland passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the intended date of exit from Poland or any other Schengen country you might visit.
  • Your passport must have 2 blank pages for visa stamp.
  • Non-Swazis are required to provide a valid resident permit.
  • One recent passport-sized photograph of 3.5x4.5cm dimensions. This passport should meet the visa photo requirement.
  • For minors traveling alone, the application form and consent letter must be signed by the parents/legal guardians.  
  • The original birth certificate of minors is required as well as valid identity documents of the parents.
  • Travel insurance that covers medical emergencies up to a minimum of €30,000 is important.
  • You will need to provide a travel itinerary showing entry and exit dates from the country. This is to show the intent of leaving Poland at the expiry of your visa.
  • Proof of financial sustenance in the country.
  • A letter of no objection that also proves status in Swaziland either as an employee, student or business owner.
  • Proof of accommodation which could be a hotel reservation or letter of declaration from your host stating that you will be accommodated during your stay in Poland.
  • A valid means of identification of your host and a letter of invitation detailing the purpose, duration and any other necessary information about the trip is needed.
  • All original documents are to be accompanied by notarized copies.
