Dominant spices in Tunisian cuisine are paprika, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds. Staple foods are rice, fish, lamb, and chicken.

Grand Erg Oriental: The Sahara covers much of the country's interior and the most beautiful corner of the desert are the sand dunes known as the Grand Erg Oriental. You can ride on camel backs or ride dune buggies and also watch the sunset over the Sahara.

Some of Hollywood's biggest films, among which include Star Wars, Raiders of The Lost Ark, Jesus of Nazareth and the English Patient were shot in Tunisia.
