Avalon Garden Lodge is British owned and managed, offering visitors to The Gambia an exclusive and quiet escape from the pressures of modern day living, yet is less than 500m from the main tourist area of Senegambia, where you will find a number of restaurants, bars, shops, banks, exchange bureaus, internet cafes and hotels. The beach is only a short stroll from here and the coastal highway is only 300m away for access to all parts of The Gambia and exploring the many villages and market towns this wonderful place has to offer. Beach fishing is available from almost all of the un-crowded beaches in The Gambia. Boats for sea and river fishing are also available for hire from many local businesses.

Each lodge has been furnished throughout offering separate lounge, bedroom, kitchen and shower room. The kitchens are fully equipped for anyone wishing to take advantage of the self catering facilities.

Lodges are set around our swimming pool with swim up bar and a ground level bar, this incorporates a shop for guest’s basic and essential needs.
