For the first time in the last few years that I have been a Likili customer I lost my property (suitcase) which contained all of my clothes, some of my personal document, books e.t.c, On Sunday 20,10,2020 I boarded a Likili bus Number 3100 BCC where I had to stand for 2 straight hours before they could give me a sit and on top of that they lost my suitcase and they have done nothing dispite the the daily follow ups that I make, Likili is now officially the worst motorway service provider in Zambia
