There is a stark contrast between the Namibian buses and the ones you board in Sesheke. Very dirty, seats falling off; clearly cleanliness and servicing of these buses is not a priority. Overbooking as well, as after various stops you'd have people standing and waiting for other people to get off to avail a seat for them. I traveled from Livingstone to Sesheke and they forgot to load my parcel onto the bus after I confirmed with them that they had and they did not take any responsibility, in fact they blamed me for the inconvenience they caused. After pestering them for a whole month and having to deal with advances from the staff they managed to send the parcel to me. I would not advise taking this bus if you value comfort, hygiene and security. You're better off taking a donkey cart. Would not recommend.
