I write to inform you about the conduct of your female bus conductor travelling from masvingo to Bulawayo on the 5th of December who is rude and deliberately refuse to give a passanger his change just because the passenger had asked to sit where the conductor was seated. surely if this behavour of the rude conductor goes uncheked it will be a liability to your company thank you

I Board your bus on 2August 2022 from Harare to Norton and was overcharged by the conductor because l had Zim dollars(bond notes) didn't have US dollars that he wanted and at first the conductor refused my money then later on overcharged the bus fare to $1000 l wasn't happy with this .Doesn't this mean those who don't have us dollars are at disadvantage to get the services of your buses cause even the rate it's not even there yet
