Town Hoppers covers the route between Swakopmund and Windhoek, passing through Karibib, Okahandja, Usakos and Wilhelmstal. As a passenger, do I get travel insurance?
No, all passengers are recommended to have their own travel insurance
Can I change my booking and get a refund?
Change of booking is free between February to June, while from July to January, you are required to pay a fee of 50 Namibian Dollar when you apply for a change of booking a day before the date of travel and it is free when you apply two days before the date of travel.
How do I pay for my travel?
There are two payment options, you can either use your credit card to pay or make a transfer through your bank.
How do I pay with my credit card?
You will need to send an email with your credit card details; credit card number, date of expiry and the CVC number (last 3 digits on the back of your card) as well as any relevant information for your trip.
How do I make bank transfer?

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund on my ticket?
When you cancel your booking three days prior to departure, you will get a full refund. When you cancel your booking two days prior to departure, you will pay 25% for the cancellation fee. When you cancel your booking one day prior to departure, you will pay 50% for the cancellation fee. When you cancel your booking on the date of departure, there will be no refund.
Can I travel with my baby on Town Hopper buses?
Yes, you are allowed to travel with children of all ages.
Are there discounts for infants?
Yes, infants up to six years are required to pay 50% of the full rate.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed on the buses.
